Pier 4 announces the successful acquisition of two mid-rise multi-residential buildings, comprising of 34 units located in London, Ontario (“the Properties”). The Properties are situated on ~1.37 acres of land (collectively) in close proximity to the downtown core of London. The buildings are each 2.5 storeys and offer (in aggregate) 1 bachelor, 23 one-bedroom and 29 two-bedroom apartments.
